"Contributions to Philosophy": Analysis, section 4, From Enowning

What reigns here is going beyond ourselves into what raises us above ourselves. Questioning is becoming free for what is compelling, though sheltered.

[...] the invisible circle which encircles those who in questioning receive the hint of be-ing as a response.

[...] if this questioning is to prepare the beginning of another history, then the enactment of this questioning must be originary (ursprünglich).

History emerges only in the immediate skip of what is "historical" [das Historisch].

The questioning concerning the "meaning" [of being], i.e., in accordance with the elucidation in Being and Time, the question concerning grounding the domain of projecting-open - and then, the question of the truth of be-ing - is and remain my question, and is my one and only question [...]

The task: to restore (die Wiederbringung) beings from within the truth of be-ing.

What is most question-worthy: the "meaning of being".

The one who seeks be-ing, [...], is the poet who "founds" (stiftet) be-ing. The verb "stiften" has also the meaning of "giving", "offering as a gift".
